Communication can help E-Governance

E-Governance include E-Democracy and E-Government.

E-Democracy: Efforts that aim to increase the involvement of citizens in the political decision-making through new information and communication technologies.
E-Government: Individuals and clients or consumers make use of public services via the internet and related technologies (Christensen, H. 2012. E-democracy in Finnish municipalities).


Communication can help E-Governance. My proposals:

• Have an integrated communication strategy
• Bring forward the story of organization
• Follow and know what will happen outside and inside of your organization
• Be ready to change by using change communication
• Have a good think tanks 
• Build capacities
• Know your customers and employeers
• Be there where is your customers
• Take part/collaborate
• Inform your customers and employeers of opportunities for participation
• Make sure the quality and reliability of information
• Let your customers know what has happened to their proposals and feedback
• Use new communication technologies
• Guide and educate users of new communication technologies
